Scope of ApplicationThe application of SM-6040(PE) series are similar to model SF-4525 series, Widely applied to the shrink package of foodstuff、beverage、pharmaceuticals、audiovisual products、hardware、cosmetics、books、toys、plastic、electronic components and so on. especially for the shrink package of PE shrink film, (use alone, work with Auto Sleeve Packager or L Bar Sealer). Suitable to various shrink film including PE、PVC、PP and POF. Technical FeaturesAdopt TAIWAN ANV transducer to adjust the speed, more powerful and more stable. The exit parts equipped with strong cooling fans to ensure the quick formation of the products after heating. Adopt double layer heat insulation framework and more reasonable inner circulate hot winds in two directions to ensure insulating heat and reduce the loss the heat, and in favor of the orientation shrink of the products. Imported ‘MITSUBISHI’power switch ensure the quality. TAIWAN ANV temperature controller to control the temperature of the tunnel, stable and accurate. Imported high temperature resistance insulating heat fiber to reduce the heat loss. Steel conveying rollers coated with silica gel tube, bear heavy objects and high temperature resistant. Equipped with foot screw to adjust the height of the machine and easy to link other equipments. With bottom truckles, free movement.
